What is covered by my Tool Protect policy?

If your tools are destroyed, damaged or stolen whilst in your vehicle, during loading or unloading we will replace them, up to a maximum value of your policy, which can be found in your Schedule of Insurance. We will either provide replacement tools in the event of a claim or financially reimburse you for the value of your tools, up to two claims in any 12 month period.

How do I claim on my Tool Protect policy?

We have a dedicated phone line available Monday to Friday on 0871 222 6996, please have your registration or policy number available when you call to claim.

Who provides my insurance cover?

Insurance is arranged by Supercover Insurance Ltd with UK General Insurance limited on behalf of Ageas Insurance.

How long does my policy last?

Tool Protect is an annual insurance which covers up to a maximum of 2 claims in any 12 month period.

How do I cancel my policy?

If you decide that this insurance is no longer suitable for your needs, please return your policy documents to Supercover Insurance Ltd, 602 Cumberland House, 80 Scrubs Lane, London, NW10 6RF within 14 days from the day of purchase or the day on which you receive your policy documentation, whichever is the later. On the condition that no claims have been made or are pending, we will then refund your premium in full.

Thereafter you may cancel the insurance cover at any time by informing Supercover Insurance Ltd., however no refund of premium will be payable.   

How do I Increase the amount my policy covers?

Once your policy has begun, it is not possible to change the cover level.
